Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

non tenant eviction?

i live in a shared home my husband son and i have the downstairs and my sister and father have upstairs, they have to go through my home to get to theirs. i recently ask my sister to leave as she doesn't help out with bills or repair costs. recently her and i got into a fight about it and both got arrested, well now we really want her gone and she is refusing to go saying that she has squatters rights and that we need to evict her first. i need help she is very vindictive and we don't know what to do. we have all agreed that she needs to leave the home so what can we do? do we have the rights have her leave without eviction?

Unfortunately, you will have to file an eviction action to get her out.
