Roomate Issues

I own a house in which I rent out a room to a person on disability. He never signed a lease nor paid a security deposit. I would like to evict him but he is not going graciously. Do i need to go through a court system? He has threaten me that since he is on social security it will take a month. can you lead me in the right direction please. thank yoiu

You do need to evict him under the rules. The judicial branch publishes a manual on how to evict someone. You can find it online or you can go down to the housing court and get a copy. You must follow the rules requiring notice.
