Sublease who won't leave
Our tenant subleased his apartment. The sublet is not paying the rent so the tenant ended his month to month lease with us. Now the sublet will not leave. How do we get the sublet out? Does our tenant who subleted have to get rid of him?

I believe you have to evict him.
