Legal Question in Mediation in Connecticut
pension
My husband will get a very good pension at 55,He is now50.I herd I am intitled to half.When I mention this he is angry and mean.He says ''no way''.I don't argru.Do you think I should still do mediation or get my own lawyer?

You are likely entitled to half of whatever pension he accrued during the time you have been married. If your husband is not responding to the mediator, you should get your own attorney.
