Legal Question in Military Law in Connecticut
Administrative Seperation for PFA failures
I have 4 PFA failures documented in PRIMS over the last 4 years. I have no adverse comments on my evals and no page 13's in my service record for these PFA failures. Can they ADSEP me using just the PRIMS database? Is the reentry code RE-3F correct for the Navy? I'm thinking of joining another branch of service. I have 15 years in and was looking foward to retiring.
