Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut
I was in 2 car accidents one in jan that i settled and one in april, where the jan treatment had to stop due to the april accident. the other driver was 100% at fault. received permanency for injuries, my boyfriend and I both. I am in the process of trying to get a settlement, faxed demand letter etc, and waiting to hear from other insurance company, geico. are there any lawyers that will negotiate their fee, as i did 99% of the work, to pay 33 1/3 is a little much.
