15 month old injured at McDonalds
My 15 month old fell in the playplace at a McDonalds and slammed her head on the edge of the slide. She got a cut on her forehead that required 5 stitches. One of the managers who accompanied me to the hospital said the equipment was old and she's been trying to get the owner(?) to update them. Is this something we should sue over? It's been 3 days and we have yet to sign an accident report.
