Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut
I fell at a cottage wife rented last week , tiny like some car garage. Open floor plan .im stepped on bed frame of a broken trundle bed that took up whole middle of cottage , I brook got in 2 places and may need surgery. The owner new of this broken bed but didn't tell us . Owner was told same day but did nothing to help me , can I sue ins / and him for damages? He's a multi millionaire also and cottage is death trap, thanks

You should definitely speak to an attorney. Do you have proof he was aware of the defect? Did you treat immediately after the injury and notify him? Have you had any contact with his homeowners policy? Are you claiming that you hurt yourself on a broken bed on the exact same day you told him about it?
