Hi i hurt myself in a shower i fractured my foot in 4 places it was befor i got in the shower between the floor and the bottom of the tile its a lip that my foot went between thesei dont know anything about tribal law do i have a casethanks please respond

Without knowing more facts it is difficult to give an opinion on potential liability. Based on your description, it appears your injury could have been caused by a defective/dangerous condition in the tile.
