slip and fall including surgery
my case involves a slip and fall injury requiring lapiscopic knee surgery.weeks of pt prior to surgery and after.what is my approx. monitary settlement?. what would happen if i chose to change attorney?.

The value of your case depends on many variables. Damages (how much you are actually out of pocket in medical expense & wages) and liability (the fault of another in causing your injury) and comparative negligence (how much of your woes are attributable to you (not looking where going, etc...). It also would depend if there was a worker's compensation lien that had to be considered or any other liens.
Changing attorneys is easy enough depending where in the process you are. It would not result in a double charge to you. The new attorney and the prior attorney work out an arrangement on the contingency fee.
