Bought a house infested with mites

Can I take legal actions against a person who sold me ahouse infested with some kind of mites? I have exterminated the house and these mites are still there. I have an infant at home. These mites bite me and my baby. I have welts all over my body. Since I bring my baby to my mom's house now she has them too. Ive been spending tons of money in drs, medicine and stuff to get rid of the mites.

This would depend on they type of deed you received with the home. If you received a warranty deed, then you may be able to sue for a violation of one of the warranties. I would need more information to determine this. If you need help, you can email me at [email protected].
