Legal Question in Product Liability in Connecticut

do I sue? and where do I go

I went to a Buffet today and got a moldy burger bun which I didnt notice until I was about to eat it. unfortunately it touched most of the other items on my plate which I did eat. The manager only came over to appoligize after I asked 2 times if he would. he then gave me a coupon for 3 dollars off the next time I come. I am feeling a bit sick now almost 12 hours later but have no health insurance to go to the dr's. What do I do?

Well, without going to the doctor to establish food poisoning it is going to be pretty hard to do anything. Don't you think you ought to go even if you don't have health insurance? What if it gets worse? There are walk in clinics and many doctors will work with uninsured patients.
