Towing Company
My car was towed for taxes owed. The towing compnay cracked my oil pan while lifting it and my mechanic can verify. Would it make sense to take them to small claims court for the damages? Are they responsible?

Based on those facts, you have the ability to sue the person responsible for damaging the vehicle.
