Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
we agreed to purchase a home at above asking price. We signed thier contract and they decided to relist the house at a higher price and recieved a higher offer before the counter signed the contract. Do we have any legal recourse?

Unfortunately, no. Until BOTH parties sign the contract, it isn't binding.
