Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I asked someone to hold my chair at their house over the summer and they now say they own it. Is the chair still legally mine. What can I do to get the chair back?

Yes, I believe it's still your chair. If they objected to holding it for you for the summer, then the answer could be different.

You would have to sue them for it back.
