Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
Hello, I bought 09 vehicle from a dealership. 2 weeks in i had to have it sent to service for the key being stuck in the ignition. They returned it to me almost 2 weeks later with extensive body and interior damage along with squeeking brakes, over 100 miles added, etc. My dealership wants to just fix the issues. Touch up paint, etc. My family told me that I shouldnt have to have my brand new car fixed or deal with loaners, etc. and they cant fix the extra mileage and i dont know what actually happened to it and to have them give me a new Jeep the same in comparison. I dont know what my rights are and what i should do. They want me to come down tomorrow so they can just fix it. Please help. thanks!

It sounds like someone went on a two week off road joy ride in your new vehicle. You should see a lawyer. You may decide to sue the dealer for your money back.
