Our buyer is having trouble getting our property approved for title insurance for our agreed upon purchase price. Why is this?

That does not make a lot of sense. Who is the title agent? What is the reason that the title agent is giving. Title insurance should only be concerned with the title of the property. Is there a problem with the Schedule A or liens on the property? Perhaps there is an unreleased or non-releasable issue that the buyers have a problem with.
