Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
I have commercial property with my brother and sister -in-law. She refuses to sign for rental with option to buy. She more or less abanded the property and wants nothing to do with it. Can I rent with an option to buy with out her signature?

You're going to need her signature to make it binding. Sooner or later you'll have to start a partition action to force her to sell.

If she abandoned the property, why not ask her to sign a quitclaim deed transferring her interest to you.
