Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

i own a condo. it is a single family unit with three bedrooms. My condo association tells me that i cannot have roomates. There is nothing in the by-laws about it. The only information regarding this issues is as follows: "Article 9: use, purposes and Restrictions: A: Each unit shall be occupied only by a single family, its servants and guests as a residence and for no other purpose." I am not related to my roomates.
