Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

In CT how much would one have to pay for a division of property - partition action? Two homes, one large and one small. 7 acres, mostly wet land, cannot build on.

For each property there'd be an appraisal ($500), a committee appointed by the court ($4000 +/-), newspaper ads ($1200+/-), signage ($125) and your attorney fees ($2500+/-) .
