I just want to add someone to my deed...how?

A simple quit claim deed will do it, but there are lots of things to consider:1) you can put them on the deed, but you can't take them off (they have to agree); 2) there might be a gift tax to be paid (by you); 3) their creditors can get at the property if they owe someone money; 4) it might violate your mortgage.
