Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

Can I get my deposit back on home I was going to buy until I received the inspection report. Too many expensive things such as electrical and roof. Seller made a few concessions regarding other items. Just need to know if I back out, is deposit still mine. Met hanks

What does your contract say? Is it SUBJECT TO an inspection, then yes.
