eviction by new owners
withut notification my landlords sold their house and he new owners only want to give us 2 weeks to move out...I ould liketo now the law on this subject

1. The owners don't have to give you notice of a sale.
2. The new owners have to honor whatever lease arrangement you have. That is, if there's a written lease, they have to abide by the terms of the lease. If you're month to month, they have to give to the end of the month to vacate; week to week, to the end of the week. They do NOT have to keep you as tenants beyond whatever the current lease period is, however.
