Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

my father passed away with my grandparents having there house in his name they are still living, the house is now under my mothers name because everything in his name was left for her, my mother and grandparents do not get along and they want to know how to get the house back in their name?

I don't think they can get the house back in their names unless your mother agrees to sign it over to them.
