Forclosures

i sold a property to an old friend and he never payed me after he had the deed i now have a lien on the property and the bank is forclosing because he borrowed money and never paid them do i need to go to court the day they forclose? I love in waterbury CT thank you

Yes but, you really should retain an attorney to repesent you. Hopefully you recorded your lien before the bank did.
