Foreclosure
I have a Condo and with that I have Condo fees.I fell behind on my Condo fees and have currently paid them up.I just got a motion for judgement of strict foreclosure but I never actually recieved any court notice or letters informing me of this.I also recieved a faliure to appear but appear to what.I never recived a notification of anything.

You should contact the clerk's office to see a copy of your file. You should then get a status update as to what is going on. If there is an ongoing foreclosure matter, then you need to contact the opposing party and the court. If you have paid the lien, then the other side should know of this to dismiss the action.
