Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

during foreclosure the plantiff withdraws the action and the cout withdraws with the result of withdrawal of management program. Does that mean the property is no longer under foreclosure?

I'm not clear what your question is but I will try to answer it anyway. If the lender withdrew the foreclosure action, then your home is no longer under foreclosure. You still, of course owe the money, unless you paid it off.
