Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
Foreclosures
In a foreclosure, if there are judgment liens and attachments recorded on the property after the lis pendens is recorded by the bank, what happens to those encumbrances? They were not listed in the foreclosure complaint. Law days have passed and the title has vested in the bank.

Re: Foreclosures
Liens recorded after the lis pendens are ineffectual. They go south.
