Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

a former gilfriend still lives in my house and will not leave. she has been here fore about a year and gets mail here, what can i do to get her out.

My first question is why is she still there? Nevertheless, if she doesn't agree to move out you will have to evict her.
