Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

Hello,

I would like to know if, in the state of Connecticut, there is a time limit to reclaim a motion.

My house was foreclosed on on 10/24 and the bank subsequently filed a motion for deficiency on 11/06, with an evidenciary hearing scheduled for 11/26. The hearing did not take place on said date because the motion was not marked ready.

I am now in limbo, wondering is this motion can be reclaimed at anytime or if the bank will have to act before a certain date.

Thank you in advance for any pertinent information

A motion becomes stale after 4 months, but they could always file a new motion for deficiency.
