Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
My husband owns a commercial building and wants to put it in my name. Do we use a quitclaim deed for this?

Yes, a quit claim deed would accomplish that. However, your husband might want to consider whether setting up an LLC (Limited Liability Company) might be a better option.
