Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
I made an offer which was accepted on a home advertised on the MLS as a three bedroom. When my realtor discovered it is actually only a two bedroom based on the septic records, we were quite upset because the resale value will be substantially less. What recourse do I have ?

Depending on the timing in the contract, you can back out (or demand a reduction in price) based on the mis-representation in the listing.
