What are the requirements (and exceptions) of the Marketable Record Title Act and the Connecticut Bar Association Standards of Title?

You must be kidding. You'd have to go to law school and practice real estate law for years to really understand them, but the statute can be found in any local library and probably the CBA standards as well. Or you could go to the CBA headquarters in New Britain to view the 28 chapter tome.
