hello, i was in mgm hotel last week, during my staying, someone call the front desk saying it was me and that he forgot the password to the safe, couple minutes later security open the safe without asking for any identification, can i do something against the mgm? the person stole almost 9k

I think you do have an action against MGM. You could sue them for the 9k.
