morgage signing as a notary
Is it legal for a ct notary to conduct morgage signings without an attorny present ?

Many times lenders send a "notary" out to conduct a refinance with the borrower. Note that you do have the right to have an attorney present and/or an attorney to look over the documents before you sign them.
