mortgage deed lien
Hello. I was advised by my attorney in order to secure a personal loan that I would need to file a mortgage deed lien. Where would I obtain this? Thank you.

You would do well to have an attorney draw up the note and mortgage. You'll need the legal description of the property from the warranty deed into the person giving you the mortgage.
