ownership of building

My husband and his partner own a condo business unit under the umbrella of a LLC. If my husband dies, with nothing else in writing, would his partner own the unit outright? My husband says he believes that I would then own his half. I don't believe that. There is nothing at all in writing.

If there is nothing in writing, your husband's interest would pass to his estate, so it depends on what is in his will. (Don't tell me he doesn't have a will).
