Ownership Issues

I was having financial difficulties and was facing foreclosure onmy condo which I owned for 12 yrs. I was unable to refinance due to credit issues.

My ''friend'' (and former boss) offered to buy my condo to save my home.

Regretably, I sold him my condo and have been paying him the mtg and condo feessince 2005.

I have been served with a foreclosure writ and don't know what to do.

Help?

Your question is not clear to me. You paid him the mortgage and condo fees, and he did not pay the mortgage company or the condo association?
