its says pending foreclosure sale on my lanlords property in the computer docket and it says my landlord was (non appering) whats does non appering mean?

It means he has not yet filed an "Appearance" form. This form must be filed to show the court he is participating and plans to defend the action. If he does not file the form the lender will default him.
