procedure to have my house signed back to me after I signed it over to my daught
after signing my house over to only my married daughter I find that circumstances have changed and I would like to have it back. I realize my daughter could sign it back would her husband have to get involved in this signing back or can she do it without him because I put only her name on the transfer. Thank You

If you only put your daughter's name on the deed,
she is the only one to sign it - if her husband is
not on the deed he does not have to sign it.
