property condition report

The seller provided a disclosure marked unknown for mold,wood destroying insects, after the closing I found they had extensive carpenter ant infestation. Also there is a mold issue if dehumidifiers are not run. Do I have a case?

It depends (Typical stupid lawyer answer). Can you prove that the seller knew there was a problem? (i.e., did he have the situation treated by exterminators, etc?). Did you have the place tested for infestation prior to closing? Was the mold/infestation visible to the naked eye? Did the seller make any verbal representations regarding the situation (or lack of situation)? You may well have a case, but it depends on these other factors.
