Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
property line and trees
I have bushes planted along the property line, which are well within our property. If my neighbor plants trees that will grow huge (tall and wide) and which will interfere with my bushes and encroach on my property, what recourse do I have.

Re: property line and trees
Any portion of his trees that encroach over your property line, you can cut. Otherwise, you're out of luck unless there's a local ordinance which regulates site and/or height of trees.
