Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
property ownership
Before my father's death 6 years ago he transfered ownership of the family home to me. He left no living will. I alone have been paying the mortage which is in my name since his death. Do my younger siblings have any legal claim on the home?

Re: property ownership
Probably not. Assuming he wasn't under duress when he deeded the house to you, he was free to favor one child over the others.
