Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

As Is Property Sale

I have an older home needing repairs that I would like to sell ''as is''. What recourse does the buyer have down the road if major problem arise? The prospective buyer has waived a home inspection. Could I be liable in any way after the sale?

The answer would ultimately depend on the problem discovered in the future. However, there are ways to protect yourself against future liability.
