Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

Real Estate question - Is person that is owner of piece of real estate proeperty, doesn't have mortgae, is retired, is getting SS suplement, food stamps and other kind of help would be responsible for reimbursing that help if she wants to sell that property? Is that kind of help treated as lien on property and if so how and when it is determine how much she owes.

You can find out if the state has a lien for benefits you received, or intends to seek reimbursement and possibly a lien in the future. You should call the worker who assists you with benefits.
