What does undivided 1/2 interest mean - my husband and I own a home with an undivided half interest - what exactley does undivided mean

An undivided half interest means that each of the owners has an equal right to enjoy the entire property. Another words, we don't draw a line down the middle of the property and say each party can only use one-half. Furthermore, no one owner has an exclusive right to the property.
