My realtor did not do his job correctly and now I might be paying for it!
I recently signed a contract to buy a condo. We have not yet closed on the condo yet. upon receiving my condo association package with all the rules and regultaions of the condo I saw a large balance of $1,350.00 for the 2003 assesment of the condo. I quickly called my reltor and asked him about this. He assured me that the seller is responsible for that and that I will not have to pay and not to worry. Now it is one day away from closing and my attorneys paralegal called me to go over the cotract and all the figures. She then mentions a $61.00 a month fee for the 2003 assesment. I told her exactly what the relator told me and she stated that he never brought that to the sellers realtor so they did not agree upon that and it was not put into the contract. Therefore he assumed that it was the sellers responsibility and never followed through. When I brought this to my realtor he baseically said, ''It's too late, so too bad.'' What legal actions can I take?

You can sue the realtor. The problem is, it will turn into a "he said, she said" situation, in all liklihood. You can certainly take the realtor to small claims cour; he/she should certainly addressed who pays the condo assessment in the contract.
