rent liablity

The home i live in was recently sold back to the bank indicating my land lord is no longer the owner of the home. I do not have a lease and have been livign month to month paying rent faithfully. If my landlord is no longer the owner am i liable to pay her rent?

No. Pay the rent to the actual owner.
