Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

re-open a judgement

There are no forms to reopen a judgement. I am supposed to write a letter in a certain format but nobody seems to be able to help me with the format

If you are trying to reopen a civil case then it's JD-CV-51. You can find it on the CT Judicial Branch website under civil forms.
