Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

What are my rights to stop my neighbors from driving onto my lawn and into my driveway to turn around. The road has a large crown in it so that when someone other than myself pulls into my driveway, they hit bottom and tear the asphalt up when they back out. Calling the police has had little results. They tell me that they must witness it or it is my word against my neighbors. I tried putting items in my driveway to block it but they run them over. Any suggestions?
